Our family computer has broken down so I won't be able to upload new art and pictures until it's fixed or until we get a new one. Which ever is first

I don't know if it's just me or anything but I can't find out why I can upload an image into my picture I'm making in muro to use as reference or to use a base
I'm going to look for a free art program online and hope I can use that
